FIRST LISTEN: WOODPECKER WOOLIAMS

Woodpecker Wooliams (Facebook // Twitter). I love everything about this. The name, the music, the artwork. Tracks 'Sparrow' and 'Gull' remind me of Broken Social Scene, only if they had the Casady Sisters from Coco Rosie join them. Eerie but infectious vocals, fun instruments and brilliant song crafting. I'm purposely keeping this post short because I'm feeling a spotlight in the near future. Enjoy for now.
